Orders are shipped by transport companies in mainland Portugal, usually by CTT, within 72 hours, after confirmation and verification of the respective method of payment.

The cost of transport to mainland Portugal and the Islands is Free for all purchases over €100, except for promotional campaigns.
For purchases under €100 the shipping cost is €100.

Home deliveries cannot be made at PO Boxes.

Our Online Store offers the possibility for the buyer to pick up their orders in a convenient way and at no additional cost at the store in Paredes, Lousada or in Paços de Ferreira.
In this case, the buyer must indicate at the time of placing the order that he intends to "pick up in store".

Do not travel to NEVER LAND Stores to collect orders without first confirming their availability.

To pick up your order, you must go to the store indicated in your order, and present the proof of order (order confirmation email)...
NEVER LAND undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible and will always endeavor to meet these deadlines, not assuming, however, any responsibility for inconveniences or damages inherent in non-compliance with them.
